Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE),
Lead – Defense Acquisition & Risk Management

Description:
We are seeking a seasoned MBSE Lead to join our advanced systems team supporting military acquisition programs. This position requires deep knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) frameworks as applied to Department of Defense (DoD) projects, with strong integration into acquisition lifecycle management, technical project management, and formal risk management principles.
Responsibilities:
- Apply MBSE techniques to architect, analyze, and manage complex defense systems.
- Translate acquisition requirements into executable systems engineering models.
- Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), engineering reviews (SETR), and acquisition milestones.
- Implement and track formal risk management practices (per DoD 5000 series guidance).
- Lead trade studies, CONOPS development, and digital twin strategies.
- Coordinate with program management offices to ensure model fidelity aligns with acquisition deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of DoD program experience in MBSE, project management, or systems engineering.
- Familiarity with tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, DOORS, MagicDraw, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting PEO-level programs and milestone decisions.
- PMP or DAU certification (desired).
- Must have a DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Tactical Data Link Network Engineer – RMF & L-16 Systems

Description:
We are hiring a Tactical Data Link Network Engineer to provide subject matter expertise in Link-16, JITC, and Tactical Data Link (TDL) network planning, design, and operations. The ideal candidate will understand how to take networked systems from requirements through Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes to Authorization to Operate (ATO), ensuring mission assurance and cybersecurity compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure TDL networks (Link-16, SADL, VMF, etc.) for operational use.
- Interface with Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) and certification authorities.
- Guide RMF lifecycle from system categorization to ATO package submission.
- Perform analysis of alternatives for waveform interoperability and spectrum use.
- Support test events, integration activities, and fielding plans for tactical networks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tactical networking and defense communications systems.
- RMF process expertise and experience managing eMASS or Xacta packages.
- Certifications required: CompTIA Security+ or higher (e.g., CISSP, CASP+), plus a DoD 8570-compliant networking cert (CCNA, Network+, etc.).
- Familiarity with AIMS, JITC certification pathways, and Joint Mission Threads.
- Must have a DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Cybersecurity Analyst – Junior Technical Specialist

Description:
We are looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Analyst – Junior Technical Specialist to support cybersecurity engineering, compliance, and monitoring tasks on government systems. Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining RMF documentation packages.
- Support STIG compliance checks, vulnerability scanning, and security audits.
- Participate in system assessments and POA&M tracking under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Review log files, monitor network activity, and support incident response efforts.
- Maintain system authorization records and support control validations.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- CompTIA Security+ (required).
- Strong foundational knowledge in system security, networking, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanners or GRC tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and obtain higher-level certifications (CISSP, CEH, etc.).
