Jason Curley is the President and CEO of MANTIS Defense Solutions, LLC. Jason is an Army veteran and entreprenuer with a combined total of over 25 years of Aviation Aerospace and business experience. He has supported multiple professional roles in support of the DOD aviation sector. Jason also devoted two years of his professional career in the Commercial Telecom industry where he held a Director of Operations role. Jason’s professional experience helped lead that company to achieve the distinguished inc. 5000, becoming one of the fatest growing companines in 2015, in the Telecomunications sector. ​​​​​​​​​
Jason holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a emphasis in Entreprenuership from Ashford Universities Forbes Business School of Technology, and an undergraduate in Professional Aeronautics with a double minor in Logistics and Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautice University.

Scott A. Bruce is a business owner and consultant with over 40 years of aviation and high-risk operational experience. A retired US Navy Test Pilot and Acquisition Corps professional, he left the Navy needing a break from military aviation and joined an underwater operations company where he doubled the company revenue over three years. After spending a few years back in the cockpit as a commercial helicopter test pilot, he returned to his career as an entrepreneur, consultant, and business owner. Having consulted to over 50 companies in the last 20 years, he continues to provide aeronautical engineering services in support of US Navy Foreign Military Sales programs through his engineering and business development company, Avericon.​​
His is a principal shareholder and business development advisor for Ascalon, Inc. the maker of the patented new cleaning product Laurinex. He is also serves on the Board of Directors for All Pro Business Development, Inc.
Scott graduated from the US Naval Academy with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, has a MS in Aeronautical Engineering from the US Naval PostGraduate School, and is a graduate of the US Naval Test Pilots School Rotary Wing curriculum. Scott currently scratches his piloting itch with flying adventures in his 1968 Cherokee Six.

Hannah is our newest member of the Mantis Defense Solutions team. As an emerging cybersecurity talent, she brings fresh insight to our internal cyber initiatives and helps ensure we stay aligned with the latest cyber-awareness practices and continue progressing the company toward full CMMC level two compliance. She is also training to become our future Field Security Officer and eventual Chief Technology Officer, developing the technical and leadership skills needed to guide the company’s cybersecurity readiness and technology modernization efforts.

Robert Hor

​​​​​Robert Hor has served as a Vice President for 3 different companies spanning over 15 years. In addition, Robert has 12 years of experience as the Senior Program Manager running both Large Business and SBSA DoD and Federal Agency contracts. Other roles have included being the Cybersecurity Lead on a Foreign Military Sales Case, the Defensive Electronic Counter Measures Case Lead, Project Manager on numerous essential initiatives, the Education Consultant for system-wide enterprise implementations, and multiple roles as an IT/Software Specialist. Robert has earned a MBA from the University of Maryland University College and a BS in Mathematics/Secondary Education from the University of Maryland, is a graduate of both Leadership Maryland (2011) and the inaugural Leadership Southern Maryland 2009 class, and earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in 2007. ​​​

Through his career, Robert has been a Program Manager on contracts supporting the Department of Defense, the Department of Treasury, State and Local Government, Commercial efforts, and Fortune 500 companies

Jennifer Hernandez

​​Jennifer brings almost 16 years of experience in a financial role; she is currently a Senior Financial Analyst with a large manufacturing company and sits on the Board for the local swim team as the Treasurer. She brings a diverse background from the services, healthcare and manufacturing industries. Streamlining processes and creating effectiveness while keeping financial data integrity intact is an ongoing goal within each of her positions. Large projects include creating a complex financial model from sales data with several variables to help forecast cashflow more accurately. The model was further utilized to determine which customers would be best to market supply chain finance.

Anh Johnsen, PharmD

Anh Johnsen, Pharm D, is a registered pharmacist with 20 years of community pharmacy experience, managing pharmacies to improve patient outcomes, promote wellness initiatives, and execute company objectives. She graduated with honors from Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit in Pittsburgh, PA in 2001 with a Doctor of Pharmacy, and was an active officer in Duquesne University’s Pennsylvania Pharmacist Association School Chapter. After graduation, Anh worked in an inner-city community pharmacy and aimed to improve access to quality health information to disadvantaged patient populations.  Dr. Johnsen relocated to Southern Maryland in 2003 and managed a high-volume retail pharmacy. During her time there she served as preceptor to international and student pharmacist, oversaw the advancement of pharmacists as vaccinators, and was awarded Pharmacy Manager of the Year 2008 and 2009. She has in depth knowledge in achieving company performance metrics, while balancing customer service needs.  In 2009 Anh transitioned to a lower volume pharmacy to focus on serving her patients by expanding community-based vaccinations, providing Medication Therapy Management, and delivering health screenings to underserved patients. In 2014 she was awarded Pharmacy Manager of the Year. Throughout 2020-2021 COVID-19 pandemic, Anh was integral in piloting community vaccination efforts throughout Maryland. She is passionate about serving community members, especially the underserved populations, through the practice of pharmacy.
