Building Partner Capacity

Unlike FMS and DCS the BPC programs that DSCA administers are distinct from traditional FMS cases because a foreign nation is the recipient but not the customer. The U.S. government is the customer, fully funding the programs to aid partner nations to build their capacity.

Although the mechanics of BPC cases are similar in case structure they are funded differently and come with a lot of caveats in which can lead to rapid decision making and acceptance of higher level of risks.

With MDS we give our customers the reduced risk and mutual trust needed to ensure all policies and procedures are being upheld and to ensure the program is successfully executing within the time allotted.
